General Terms
•The artist reserves the right to decline commissions, cancel and refund the money at any time.
•The final product is strictly for personal noncommercial use ONLY. For commercial use, contact me.
•The Artist retains all the rights over all the commissioned outputs. Being allowed to display the commission and post it online, sell prints, profit out of the artwork or attach them to their portfolio.
Payment
•The commission must be paid fully before the drawing process begins.
•The commission will be paid through Western Union or MoneyGram, if you’re unfamiliar with these payment methods an instruction will be provided.
•Asking for a rush in schedule/tight schedule subjects the payment to an additional 20% fee.
Client Obligations
•Respond clearly and timely when asked for feedback.
•Assume responsibility for failing to provide the required information at the appropriate time during the commissioning process.
•Always credit and link back to the artist whenever you post the commission online.
Process
•Files will be delivered on a Google Drive folder (PNG and flattened PSD).
•After the conclusion and delivery, 2 revisions will be available, not including alterations that were necessary by my fault.
•Additional revisions will cost 5% of the total value and major alterations will have their price calculated.
Refunds
•The Artist will charge a Kill Fee of 10% of the total value for termination of commission.
•If I, for some reason am unable to start your commission in a span of 3 months, you can opt for a full refund.
•If you are getting a refund, please let me know beforehand, and I'll transfer the money back to you.

Usage
You can use and alter the commission is the following ways:
•Cropping: for avatar, icon, website use. (w/ proper credit.)
•Print it for yourself and display it in any way you wish to.
FOR COMMERCIAL USAGE, CONTACT THE ARTIST.However, you are not allowed to:
•Redistribute or general profit out of the artwork if it wasn't intended for commercial usage.
•Recolor or paint over.
•Remove of my watermark/signature.
